Wiggle Wonderland was launched at D.I.Y. Arts Festival, Brainchild, in 2021 by architectural designer Beau McCarthy and artist Lucy Grainge, with support from Arts Council England. The pavilion acts as an open-air gallery space celebrating the power of art to bring communities together, with the potential to host live performances, exhibitions and workshops.

The hand-painted artwork displayed at the launch was created by Lucy. Celebrating movement, live music and the joy of coming together again after 18 months of postponed festivals and COVID restrictions, the installation celebrated communities reconnecting through art, creativity and live music.
